Impersonation of Nihon Shigoto agents or employees

Some candidates have informed us that they received communications from individuals claiming to be Nihon Shigoto Recruitment Company’s partner agents or employees with potential job opportunities. We understand the importance of your privacy and security. We do not ask job seekers to do any of the following:

• Pay any fee to work or to receive payment from us
• Make cash or check advancements to us or to any third party
• Purchase any product, service, or gift cards
• Providing sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers or banking PIN numbers

Nihon Shigoto will never ask for any government identification numbers, banking or payment information on any instant messaging services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Line, or Facebook Messenger. Nihon Shigoto does not send or ask for money through mobile payment apps or digital wallet platforms, like GCash, Skrill, Shopify, or Google Pay, and we will never make or request payments via cryptocurrency.

We never call to any candidate from any phone number within or outside Japan. Nihon Shigoto responds through its official email accounts, info@nihonshigoto.jp or office@nihonshigoto.jp only.
